Such a story happened here. A Korean customer met with our sales representative and said: When I received your quotation, I immediately deleted the quotations from other suppliers. Because your documents are the most professional, your responses are the fastest. At the same time, other people are asking unnecessary questions, which is a huge waste of time. It was your professional advice that tripled my turnover.
Another story happened here. One warm afternoon, the sales representative received an email from a customer in the United States. He said he wanted to customize and design science toys and packaging boxes with their own brand info. After confirming the details with him, the sales representative worked closely with the designer, and the plan and design drawings were completed the next day. The customer who originally only planned to customize 3,000 sets increased the order volume to 7,500 sets.
